The COSP (Circle of Security Parenting) course has been a valuable experience for us. My partner and I attended and found it both positive and informative. It encouraged us to reflect on our own childhoods and how they shape our parenting today, while helping us improve our child’s experience growing up. The course also gave us a better understanding of how other parents think and the struggles they face, which helped us feel less alone and more connected. We feel more confident and supported in our parenting journey.

Attending the Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) course hosted by Kirsty has been an amazing experience. It prompted me to reflect on my own upbringing and the parenting patterns I wish to change. Living in Tapawera without family support can be challenging, especially with a busy toddler, but this course has equipped me with valuable skills to handle the stressful moments that can occur. Kirsty’s positive approach encouraged us to consider aspects of parenting we might not usually think about. The course's timing, conveniently fitting around my partner’s work hours, made it accessible and practical for our family an opportunity I wouldn’t of had if it wasn’t held locally. I truly believe that anyone could benefit from this course, gaining insights that are both transformative and practical for daily parenting challenges.
